reFocusing is a two-phase process of transformation for a local church which brings personal renewal to the lives of leaders and the creation of a strategic ministry plan to reach the community and beyond. reFocusing clusters eight to ten pastors and churches together providing a safe, peer-learning community that develops missional leaders and churches.

Results from reFocusing networks include:
