 called Focusing Your Ministry, is about strategic leadership. Pastors and church leaders are equipped with leadership skills and a spiritual discovery process for leading their church to Christ’s disciple-making mission.
This phase consists of a retreat for the pastors with seven monthly network meetings and coaching as well as the training of a reFocusing leaders Team to guide the church through a process of discovery and missional focus.
At the end of the process, congregations know where they’ve been, where God is leading them, and how they will get there. The church leadership will have a strategic plan in place providing direction and focus to the ministries of the church. |
