
Director, Hispanic Congregations
Juan Feliciano is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico where he grew up and went to school. He is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico (B.A. & M.A. with majors in Education); of Harvard University (Ed. M & Ed. D.), and of Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary (MDiv.). For many years he taught classes in higher education institutions, including the University of PR (Arecibo), Carroll University (Waukesha, Wisconsin), Garrett Evangelical (Evanston, IL), and at the Inter American University (Arecibo and Ponce, Puerto Rico). He was Director of the Center for Hispanic Ministries at Garrett Evangelical and pastor in Chicago (IL), Arecibo (PR), and Ponce (PR). Juan was also Director of the Course of Study School (in Spanish) offered at Garrett Evangelical Seminary and the Theological School for Pastors (offered at the Evangelical Seminary in PR). He was also Director of Development at the PR Evangelical Seminary and also worked as Director of the Office of Planning and Development of the Regional Colleges of the University of PR. He is married to Anamaris Chico and have four children: Juan U., Ana Y., Yariana (who gave him a grandson, William), and Mariana. Except for his oldest son, the rest of the family came to Florida with Juan to start his ministry as Hispanic Director of the Office of Congregational Transformation.

Director, Black Congregational Development
Harold D. Lewis, Sr. is a native of Greenwood, Mississippi born to Ms. Katie M. Jones as the third child of six children.
He holds the Bachelor’s Art Degree from Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, Ms, the Master’s of Divinity from Gammon Theological Seminary in Atlanta, GA and an Honorary Doctorate of Sacred Theology from the Reformed Methodist Church in Toledo, OH.
He was ordained in the Mississippi Annual Conference where he served for 5 years at the Wesley United Methodist Church before being called and appointed as the senior Pastor of the Lincoln Park United Methodist Church in Washington, DC. for the past 10 years.

- Founded the Source of Power Bible Institute to educate the laity in Biblical studies
- Implemented the Journey of A Lifetime Basic Bible Study Course a 52 Weeks journey through the entire Bible for beginner Bible Student.
- Written and directed three Christian dramas
- Written two books: The Book of Lewology and One Day at A Time: 140 Days of Divine Devotional Dialogue.
- Served as the Chairperson of the District Committee on Ministry
- Served as a Mentor for up and coming new pastors
- Served as the Chairperson for the Baltimore-Washington Conference Strengthening the Black Church for the 21st Century.
- Served as the Chairperson of the Baltimore-Washington Conference Ethnic Local Church and Concerns Committee
- Served as the Lake Arbor Elementary School PTA President from 2002-2008.
He has been awarded numerous awards and citations for his exceptional leadership abilities. In 2007, the National Council of Negro Women in Washington, DC awarded him the Community Leader of the Year Award.
He holds active membership in a number of community and civic organizations including a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, Life Member of Black Methodist for Church Renewal, Capitol Hill Kiwanis Club, Black Toast Masters of America and as an Umpire in the United States Slow-pitch Softball Association.
His special interests include spending quality time with his family, reading, jogging, traveling abroad, motivational speaking, performing stand-up comedy, meeting new people and just having fun.
He is married and he and his wife, Janet, have seven children.
His personal coined philosophy on life is “Never let anyone else’s negative opinions of you become your reality.”

Director, Office of Congregational Transformation 
Dr. Phil Maynard is working with churches involved in ReFocus, a two- to three-year transformation process that helps congregations rediscover their vision and ministry. Phil will also be training ReFocus facilitators and Natural Church Development (NCD) coaches.
Dr. Maynard is a second-career pastor, coming from a teaching position at the University of Central Florida in the management track of the Radiologic Sciences Department. He has earned a B.S. in Radiologic Sciences (UCF); M.S. in Education (Univ. of Kansas); Master of Divinity (Duke); Master of Theology (Duke); and the Doctor of Ministry (Drew). Phil is married to Becky and has two grown children and four grand-children. He is the author of numerous publications in the Radiologic Sciences field and the mid-high Camp curriculum for two years.
Dr. Maynard has served as pastor of growing congregations and has consistently demonstrated the ability to think outside the box, turning creative ideas into reality. Phil, who previously served as senior pastor at Peace United Methodist Church in Orlando, wants to help churches rediscover their vitality--to guide churches toward the process of greater health. His goal is to help churches develop a sense of vision and strategic planning. Once that is accomplished, he will help them through the next phase of development, whether that's NCD or another transformation process.

Victoria grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 2007. She is married and has a 2 year old son named Jacob. Victoria is currently pursuing her bachelors degree and has been an administrative assistant for many years now. She is happy to be serving in ministry with the Congregational Transformation team.

Executive Director, Office of Congregational Transformation
Jeff Stiggins is a native of Central Florida who grew up in Maitland as the son of an Orlando architect. A graduate of Florida Southern College and Candler School of Theology, Jeff completed a Doctor of Ministry degree at Boston University School of Theology in 1999. Over the last 29 years, he has served churches in Sebring, Frostproof, Kendal, Hollywood and Titusville. In 2002 he was appointed the district superintendent of the Orlando district, which became the East Central district three years later. In 2006 he became the executive director of the Office of Congregational Transformation. He and his wife, Sue, have two children. Their son, Kalon, is a worship leader at Community of Faith UM Church in Davenport, FL. Their daughter, Anna, is a pediatric intensive care nurse at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
